As we come up for air briefly in March, I would like to take a moment thank all the awesome companies we have had an opportunity to FISH with in Q1. We are also so grateful for our new FISH-Tastic friendships that have been formed as a result of this work together.
Sometimes I feel like I am the luckiest person because I have the opportunity to share this very special training program with so many diverse and wonderful organisations. Sales Conference – Blue Mountains
This was a second FISH Experience with Canon Medical. The Sales, Service and Admin teams really dived right in. Creative solutions were explored and together the teams committed to keeping the four practices of FISH! Alive. We practised Being There for each other and of course everyone had to Choose Their Attitudes. Groups shared their ideas on how to Make Customers Days and then we Play Stormed ideas to bring more energy and enthusiasm to mundane tasks.
It doesn’t matter if you are selling high tech medical imaging equipment or working in a FISH shop some key relationship skills are always going to be essential.
Organisations like Canon are serious about creating exceptional customer experiences with their partners and are passionate about the Life Saving products they sell.
It was an absolute honour to work with this outstanding team and I am excited to continue the FISH Journey with the VIC & TAS teams later this month.
